Don and Alexandra (Alex) Flecky are the co-authors and co-creators of CoupleTalk – Cracking the Code to an Amazing Relationship.

Together, the Fleckys serve as Directors of Marriage Ministries at their home church, Evangelical Free Church of Fullerton (California). They also head up Relationship Research Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that takes proven relationship-strengthening techniques and creates innovative resources for today’s couples to improve their marriages.

For over 30 years, they have taught and coached thousands of couples, on six continents (all except Antarctica).  They regularly speak at conferences, churches, ministerial groups, marriage retreats, and community events.

Over the last ten years, they have been sought out by various relationship strengthening non-profit organizations to teach couples classes, train class leaders, develop cutting-edge methods to help couples, and launch specialized couples programs.

The Fleckys were married in 1980 (on the day Mount St. Helens erupted!) and love using stories from their own marital struggles to give hope to couples. They have three adult children, one granddaughter, and an Old English Sheepdog.  They enjoy jet skiing, traveling, and helping couples.
